Here’s where we got to grips with the famous Crazy Pinnacles of Aonach Eagach. It takes quite a while to get across this bit.

Looking south at the rightmost sister, Aonach Dubh. It’s in shadow, but you can just about see the vertical slit of Ossian’s cave towards the top of this north face. We got quite near it three days later
